Bringing back a Fender design from the early-2000s era, the Squier Paranormal Strat-O-Sonic brings together a few key ingredients to make this a truly “special” Squier design!
- Fender-Designed Alnico Soapbar Single Coil Pickups: Designed for superior soapbar-style single-coil tones suitable for a wide variety of musical settings.
- Series/Parallel Phase Switching: With the pickup switch in position 2, the push/pull volume knob toggles series/parallel settings while the push/pull tone knob controls the pickups’ phase.
- 24.75” Scale-length w/ 12” Radius: This slightly shorter scale length is combined with a flatter fingerboard radius allowing for low action, making it especially well-suited to bending notes and soloing.
- Compensated Wrap-Around Bridge: Provides solid string stability, while compensated saddles allow for optimal intonation.
