Quilted Maple Art Grain Top and Arched Body
The GRGA120QA features a poplar body topped with a distinctive Quilted Maple Art Grain finish that gives the guitar an attractive, figured appearance. Its arched top adds visual depth, while the body binding provides a clean, finished look that helps it stand out from other guitars in its class.
Maple Neck and Treated New Zealand Pine Fingerboard
A maple neck provides a solid foundation for comfortable, responsive playing. Its familiar feel supports smooth movement between chord shapes, riffs, and lead passages, making it suitable for both developing players and more experienced guitarists.
The treated New Zealand pine fingerboard offers a smooth playing surface, while the jumbo frets provide room for expressive bends, vibrato, and accurate fretting. This combination is well suited to aggressive power chords, fast runs, and demanding lead techniques.
Infinity R Humbuckers for Versatile Tone
The Ibanez GRGA120QA is equipped with two Infinity R humbucking pickups that deliver a powerful, full-bodied sound suited to rock and heavier musical styles. Their humbucking design provides a strong tonal foundation for distorted riffs, punchy power chords, and sustained lead lines.
A three-way pickup selector allows you to switch between the neck pickup, bridge pickup, or both pickups together. This straightforward control layout makes it easy to adjust your sound to suit different parts and playing situations.
